Academic Achievement Awards

Emily recently recieved an academic achievement award for scoring “distinguised” in three subject areas. Her top ranks were received in Math, Science, and Writing Portfolio. She was honored with all Clark County 4th and 5th graders at a ceremony held at the high school.

Just received new pictures of the Jersey Boy and took some new shots of the Nashville Lincolnator! Just can’t help myself – they are so cute and get more and more adorable with every picture.

Ethan is learning more words and talking like a little man! We just love his phone calls to hear his little voice say “Hi Popa, Hi RaRa”! Lincoln is crawling everywhere and pulling up to everything. He’s Mister Smiley all the time.

Happy Thanksgiving! Hope all our family and friends had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday and ate plenty of turkey. I must say that Mom’s dressing and dumplings this year were totally outstanding! Here’s a picture of us attempting to get the annual family picture in front of the fireplace at the Coon Club. (Sure missed Jen, Mike, Ethan, & Alex)

Fun in Buena Vista!

What a beautiful fall weekend in BV, Va. We enjoyed camping with the deer and watching the alumni soccer game. Ethan was a joy to play with and spending time with Jen and Mike made it a wonderful weekend. We need to do this more often!
