First day of Middle School!

Emily’s first day of Middle School! She’s a big 6th grader now and growing into such a lovely young lady. She only has 2 more weeks in Primary and then she will graduate to Young Women. She’s excited about turning 12, starting a new Middle School, and becoming an official YW. There’s also picture of Ollie Moe checking the new backpack. We had to break down and get a new backpack this year – seems Miss Em has outgrown Scooby Doo!

Bert and Granny Visit El Paso!

Robert and Mom both visited us here in El Paso a few weeks ago! Mom was bringing Emily back from her summer stay in KY and Robert decided to make the trip from the West Coast to see us all. It was such fun, although we haven’t really found many exciting things to do in El Paso yet. But it was good have Em home and visit with Mom and little brother!

Grandsons on the Grow…

Time to catch up on the boys! Seems these two little tots are growing so fast, I’m having a really hard time keeping up with their adventures and travels. Here’s a few cute pics of all the fun happening in and around Jersey City and in Nashville…and beyond!

This first picture is of Ethan’s trip to the beach on Labor Day. Just too much fun! He needed a little siesta!

Update…Best Fitting Jeans

Responses and comments on the world’s best fitting jeans blog contest has been most enlightening and introduced tons of good ideas and recommendations about finding a good pair of jeans. We’ve been on the good fitting jeans kick for about a year now and so we’re going to wind it up. Over the next few weeks put in your final votes!  While there are way too many brands and styles of jeans out there to compare; the purpose of this opinion poll is to identify the best all around jeans that you actually wear for comfort.
